2. Nature of Service
DailyKaam provides a platform for booking labour, plumbers, carpenters, and other service professionals. We act only as a connecting platform. Work quality and timely completion are the responsibility of the service provider.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide correct and genuine information.
Not engage in misconduct or illegal activities with service providers.
Resolve payment or work-related issues as per app guidelines.
Ensure safety arrangements at the service location.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Reach the user’s location on time.
Complete the job professionally and responsibly.
Avoid illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Not misuse customer details or location.
5. Payments & Charges
Payments may be made directly to the service provider or through the app (if available). Extra service charges, visit charges, or additional costs may apply.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 User Cancellation
Users may cancel the booking before the provider reaches the location.
A small cancellation fee may apply.
Repeated fake cancellations may result in suspension.
6.2 Provider Cancellation
Providers may cancel due to emergencies or unavailability.
No cancellation charge applies to the user.
6.3 Refund Policy
Full refund if service is paid but not delivered.
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
Partial refund for partially completed work.
Platform/convenience charges may be non-refundable.
6.4 No Refund Cases
Wrong address or false information.
User misconduct with the provider.
Service completed but user changes mind.
Damage caused by user negligence.
6.5 Dispute Handling
Disputes will be reviewed by the DailyKaam Support Team. Final decisions are based on platform guidelines and evidence.
7. Liability
The app only provides bookings. We are not responsible for delays, damage, misconduct, or indirect losses.
8. Prohibited Activities
Asking for illegal work.
Fake ratings or reviews.
Hacking, fraud, or misuse of the app.
Fake bookings or harassment.
9. Data & Privacy
User data like name, phone, and location is shared only for service purposes. Data is never sold.
10. Modifications
We may update features, pricing, or terms anytime. Continued usage means you accept updates.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed by Indian law (IT Act 2000). Efforts will be made for mutual resolution first.
